This agreement is entered into between the User (the "client") and the NeoFood service (the "service"), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Alexey Vladimirovich Lukovsky, TIN 010514642997, OGRNIP 316619600089780 (the "company"), and governs the procedure for providing the client with access to the service.
The service provides the client with access to a food diary with AI meal analysis, calorie counting, and weight tracking through a web application and Telegram Mini App. The service is not intended for any unlawful activity. By using the service, the client agrees not to violate these rules of use, the laws of the Russian Federation, or the laws of the territory where the service is used.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for protecting their account from unauthorized use and must not disclose access credentials to third parties. The client is fully responsible for all actions performed through their account.
The client agrees not to use the system for:
- sending spam;
- committing unlawful acts that violate Russian law;
- creating content that infringes third-party rights;
- uploading images of an illegal, harmful, or offensive nature;
- using the service for commercial purposes without prior approval.
Payment System
The service operates on a subscription model. Upon registration, the client receives a free trial period: 7 days of full access to all features without entering payment details.
Subscription payments are made by bank card. Current prices and terms are shown in the settings section of the application.
Limitations and Liability
Service quality may vary. The company will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available at all times, except during maintenance and repair work.
The service may be unavailable due to factors beyond the company's control, including emergencies, network issues, interference, or disruptions in other services, including AI meal analysis providers (OpenRouter, Claude/GPT models) and the Telegram messenger.
The company is not responsible for the loss of data or messages caused by technical issues. The company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of nutrition data generated with artificial intelligence.
Prohibited Activities
Hacking, distributing malware, fraudulent activity, phishing, and/or any client actions deemed illegal or undesirable may lead to temporary suspension or complete termination of service.
Refund Terms
The client may request a refund if they are unable to use the service for technical reasons within 14 days from the first payment. To receive a refund, the client must contact support with the relevant request.
Refunds are possible only after a review confirms that the client did not actually use the paid service. The trial access period is not refundable.
Changes
This is the full text of the user agreement. It may be updated from time to time. The client is responsible for checking this agreement for updates and reviewing the updated terms of service.
